Is there a minimum commitment for a website project?
Website projects are fixed-scope builds, not retainers. Most sites take several weeks from kickoff to launch depending on size and content readiness. The proposal defines pages, features, and timeline up front, and ongoing support after launch is optional, never required.
How long until the new site delivers results?
The site goes live with SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking already working, so it starts collecting data and converting from day one. Conversion improvements are typically visible within the first weeks of traffic, and we recommend a post-launch review once enough data exists to act on.
Who owns the website, code, and accounts?
You do, entirely. Domain, hosting, CMS, analytics, and code all sit in accounts owned by your business. There is no platform lock-in to us. Any competent developer could pick up the build, and the documentation we hand over means you should never need a rescue job.
How do you keep us updated during the build?
