I spent 15 years on both sides. I led marketing teams inside companies, seeing firsthand how agencies operate, what they deliver, and where the value drops off. I built campaigns from zero to seven figures in ad spend. I launched products across regulated markets. I restructured marketing functions for companies that had outgrown their initial approach.
